Ethan (right) & Jaxon (left) Fisher – Construction Labourers

Five summers ago, Ethan & Jaxon took their first steps into the field of construction while assisting James as Construction Labourers on a couple of his larger project sites.  For the three summers that followed they expanded their knowledge working with another local company doing concrete forming and cribbing.  This year, on their summer break from college, they have been active in supporting us wherever needed on any of our project sites.

This fall they have returned to their studies at SAIT, where Ethan will complete his diploma in Architectural Engineering Technology and Jaxon will complete his in Civil Engineering Technology.  Both plan to continue their educational studies by expanding into other complementary fields of study once receiving these initial certifications.

When they are not in school or at work you are guaranteed to find them on the basketball court or putting up shots on the outdoor net.  Their love for the game began in middle school and their dedication to it has earned them spots on the SAIT Trojans Men’s Basketball Team.

Bob Halasz – Site Supervisor

With an extensive background in construction, it is clear that Bob truly enjoys the work he performs each day.   Contributing to a team effort when working towards a common goal and creating a positive work atmosphere where others thrive are among some of the most important attributes to Bob’s daily routine as our Site Supervisor.

His ability to treat every day as a fresh start and a new opportunity to problem solve or overcome challenges that present themselves are some of the things that bring him a sense of accomplishment, and that is evident through his interactions with our trade partners and our team.

Bob and his wife have lived in the Bow Valley for just under six years now, and are happy to call this beautiful mountain town their home.  In his spare time you’ll likely find him tinkering with his vehicle or enjoying time outdoors with his wife and their adorable rescue dog that they adopted from Mexico.  He’s happy to report that she is a happy and healthy pup and loves exploring our mountain trails!
